Toronto Community Housing has built the first phase of affordable housing in the West Don Lands. The three building development located at 589 King Street East, offers 243 affordable rental units for families and seniors. The buildings overlook a courtyard on the south east corner of King Street East and St. Lawrence Street, about a 15 minute walk to downtown.
