Closed Session Agenda 

 
The Committee will discuss the matters outlined in Items 7 through 13 being consideration of the Draft Minutes of the Closed Session of the May 28, 2026 IREC Meeting, Ookwemin Minising Project Update, Quayside Project Update, Quayside Transfer of Road and Parks, Early Activation Strategy (EAS), Waterfront Destination Strategy and Directors Only in a Closed Session as permitted by By-Law No. 2 of the Corporation.  The exception relied on for the discussion for item 7 is provided in the minutes of the Open Session May 28, 2026 IREC meeting contained in item 4 (a) of this agenda, for items 8 and 9 is Section 6.1.1(k) item 10 is section 6.1.1(l) items 11 and 12 is section 6.1.1(k) and for item 13 is 6.1.1(l) The Committee will continue in Open Session at the end of the Closed Session to discuss and vote on any resolutions pertaining to the Closed Session.
