So many different things for kids to do—climbing, exploring, working together. [Music]

It's pretty much checking all the boxes that you'd have for a playground.

Do you know that you're actually standing on an island right now?
Yes.

[DESCRIPTION: People on stilts walk through the park.]
[AUDIO:]
A combination of a park, playground, and a library.
[DESCRIPTION: Two people sitting on a log in the park.]
[AUDIO:]
It’d be nice to have a library and a community center as well.
For, like, a parent, it gives you all of the things that you're looking for. Read a book, have a little reset, and then go back out.
[DESCRIPTION: Aerial view of the park and river at sunrise, facing west. Cuts back and forth between park goers speaking into microphone and aerial view of park.]
[AUDIO:]
Uh, I imagine walking and biking trails.
Right now, I could imagine an ice cream store—that would be really great.
I could imagine any sort of mixed housing over there would be great.
[DESCRIPTION: A family sits near the water. A person rides the zipline.]
[AUDIO:]
But this is the best park I’ve ever seen.
I’m excited to come back often.
[DESCRIPTION: Three children play on a wooden play structure.]
[AUDIO:]
If you like zipline, then you should come. Yes.
