Please note that as of Monday, August 31, the parking lot located at 200 Queens Quay East will be permanently closed to support the next phase of construction for the Quayside development.

Background
Quayside will be a dynamic, inclusive and resilient community that plays a pivotal role in reorienting the city towards Lake Ontario. It will span 4.9-hectares (12-acre) at the foot of Parliament Street, comprising about 3.2 hectares (8 acres) of developable land across five development blocks, as well as parkland, open space and future roads. It’s destined to become a vibrant hub, linking nearby neighbourhoods like St. Lawrence, the West Don Lands, the Distillery District, Bayside, and Ookwemin Minising.
Waterfront Toronto is leading Quayside’s infrastructure public realm and local developers, Dream Unlimited and Great Gulf Group, will develop the mixed-use community. The initial phase of development will be delivered by Dream Unlimited. The development is being constructed in stages, beginning with infrastructure, local streets, and interim uses.
