Waterfront Toronto (legally known as Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation) invites all qualified firms to submit a Proposal for financial advisory services including, but not limited to, business planning and modeling, economic impact analysis, research, validation of business assumptions, corporate strategy and public-private partnerships.

This RFP process is open to all interested firms (hereinafter called “Proponents”) with the required experience, qualifications and resources, and demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the local real estate market, as further described in RFP Document.

Any firm or team having proven expertise in all of the required disciplines set out in RFP Document is eligible to respond to this RFP process. Where a Proposal is submitted by a team, the lead firm and/or any joint venturer on any given team may not participate on another team in any capacity. Any subcontractors that are not the lead firm or a joint venturer may participate on multiple teams if desired.

Waterfront Toronto intends to select as Vendors of Record (VOR) a small number of firms, consortia or joint ventures (herein called “firms”) to provide these services for a two-year term, extendable for three additional one-year terms at Waterfront Toronto’s option.

Waterfront Toronto may call upon any of the successful firms for services at any time, or invite any or all of the successful firms to participate in a competitive process, with or without inviting additional Proponents to participate in the same competitive process. This RFP does not guarantee that the successful firms will be the exclusive providers of the services which form the subject matter of this RFP, or that any work will be awarded. Moreover, Waterfront Toronto may conduct another procurement to supplement or replace this procurement at any time.
