Toronto Community Housing is building the first phase of affordable housing in the West Don Lands.

The three building development located at 589 King Street East, will offer 243 affordable rental units which will include two buildings for families and one for seniors. The buildings will overlook a courtyard on the south east corner of King Street East and St. Lawrence Street, about a 15 minute walk to downtown.

The buildings will offer commercial space on the ground floor and will feature amenity space for residents.
